■お見送り会概要■
KO1KEYZメンバー全員お見送り会：各日終演後（1日2公演の日程は2公演目終演後）に実施
* A KO1KEYZ member will visit the winner to greet them in person. The winner will be asked to wait where they are.
*Please note that this event will not include any opportunities for physical contact with KO1KEYZ members, autograph signings, or commemorative photos. Also, we will not be accepting any gifts.
*The meeting time, meeting place, and other details of this event will be sent separately only to the winners.
*Please note that if you do not comply with the various precautions and participation conditions provided to winners, we may refuse your participation in the event.
*Tickets for each day's performance are not required. Those without performance tickets are also welcome to participate.
*Please note that the right to win cannot be transferred.
＜お見送り会に関する注意事項＞
*This event will be held after each performance of the "2026 KO1KEYZ 1ST FAN MEETING". On days with two performances, it will be held after the end of the second part of the show.
*Details regarding the meeting time, meeting place, and event will be provided separately only to the winners.
*If your child is a minor, please ensure they participate with the consent of their guardian, in accordance with local regulations. Please note that only preschool children may be accompanied by a guardian.
*Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the farewell event. In that case, your winning entry will be invalidated.
*Please note that the number of people invited to the farewell event on the day may change.
*The location of the event will vary depending on the venue. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Please note that the start time may be subject to sudden changes depending on the circumstances on the day, and there may be a delay before the tour begins. We cannot be held responsible for your return home (including the last train time), so please understand this in advance.
*In the event of cancellation, delay, or interruption of the fan event, we will not provide any compensation for transportation or accommodation expenses.
*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event content, participating members, or event may be changed or canceled. In such cases, there will be no rescheduling of dates. Furthermore, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds for services you have booked or purchased due to changes or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
*Even if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, the service cannot be canceled or refunded.
*The right to participate in the farewell event is valid only on the day of winning. It cannot be used on any other date.
*The farewell event is for the winner only. No accompanying persons are permitted under any circumstances. However, one guardian may accompany preschool-aged children.
*On the day of the event, winners will be required to present a designated "valid form of identification" (with a photograph) for identity verification. Only photographic identification will be accepted. Please be sure to check the list of acceptable forms of identification at the end of this page. If you do not have a valid form of identification, you will be denied participation. Please prepare your identification in advance before attending.
*Copies and expired documents are invalid in all cases, so please be sure to bring the original document that is still valid.
*The personal information you provide will be shared between LAPONE ENTERTAINMENT, YOSHIMOTO KOGYO, and Fanplus. Furthermore, your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than what is necessary for the operation of this campaign.
*Please be aware that we may be taking photos of the farewell event on the day.
* Recording, filming, or taking photos with mobile phones, video cameras, etc., by the winners is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that you will be required to turn off your mobile phone before the farewell event begins.
*Handing gifts directly to the members is prohibited.
*For security reasons, and with the safety of our customers and artists as our top priority, we may conduct baggage checks and temporarily store your belongings.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff and personnel on the day of the event. Failure to do so may result in your exclusion from the event or, in some cases, the cancellation of the farewell event.
* The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur in the venue due to failure to follow the instructions and precautions given by the staff.
*If the organizers determine that an event participant is a member of an anti-social force (gangsters, gang members, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, or other similar entities; hereinafter the same) or is cooperating with or involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of such anti-social forces through funding or other means, or is otherwise interacting with or involved with such anti-social forces, the organizers may refuse that person's participation in the event or purchase of services.
*If a customer appears to be unwell, a staff member may speak to them and restrict their participation in the farewell event. Also, if you feel unwell during the event, please do not push yourself and inform a nearby staff member immediately.
*If you experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, please contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and seek treatment at the designated medical facility.
*Please note that we reserve the right to refuse your participation at the discretion of our staff. In such cases, we will not refund the service fee or compensate for transportation/travel expenses. We also will not transfer you to an event on a different date. We appreciate your understanding.

*Tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents are all criminal offenses.
