■イベント参加時の注意事項

<Regarding resale and transfer>

• Applications made for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. Reselling any prize you win to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, providing prizes to a third party for the purpose of resale is also strictly prohibited.

If it is discovered that tickets are being offered for sale at auction or resold at inflated prices, both the seller and the buyer will be denied participation in the event, and will be prohibited from participating in or entering any future events related to KO1KEYZ. We will verify the identity of the winners on the day of the event, and if we are unable to verify their identity, they will also be denied participation. Resale activities include listing/winning bids on auctions, buying and selling on the internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, or other unscrupulous third parties.

・応募前の＜タワーレコード渋谷店限定・シリアルナンバー付応募券＞の譲渡・売買行為も一切禁止となります。不正に入手した＜タワーレコード渋谷店限定・シリアルナンバー付応募券＞を使用して応募された場合、応募は無効となり、その後KO1KEYZに関するイベントへの参加は一切お断りいたします。また、＜タワーレコード渋谷店限定・シリアルナンバー付応募券＞の譲渡・売買行為については、売る側（譲渡側）だけでなく、買う側（譲受側）も上記の対象となりますので、十分ご注意ください。

・＜タワーレコード渋谷店限定・シリアルナンバー付応募券＞の譲渡等に関するトラブル、詐欺、その他事故等、一切責任を負いかねます。

<Regarding recording, video recording, and photography>

・写真撮影、映像の撮影・録画、音声の録音、スクリーンショット等の行為は固く禁止いたします。また、録音・録画データの複製、譲渡、貸与、インターネット・SNS等へのアップロードも禁止いたします。

If any of the above actions are discovered, or if staff determine that recording or filming is possible, we may take measures such as deleting the data, forcibly ending the event, or removing the participant from the premises. The same measures will be taken if the start sound of recording or filming is detected.

If any prohibited behavior is confirmed, you may be prohibited from participating in future KO1KEYZ related events.

If staff determine that your behavior is dangerous or disruptive, you may be asked to leave or the event may be terminated. In such cases, no refunds will be given for purchased items.

If you notice any violations, please inform a nearby staff member to prevent any disputes between customers.

The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur due to failure to follow staff instructions.

<Other event precautions>

Please refrain from participating while smoking or drinking.

Please refrain from excessive face paint, as it makes it impossible to identify you. You may be asked to remove the paint on the spot, or your participation may be refused.

During the event, staff may touch your body or belongings to guide you. Please only apply if you understand and agree to this.

- When wearing name tags, nameplates, or other merchandise, only business card-sized (or palm-sized) pin badges that can be attached to clothing are permitted. Neck name tags, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the item, staff may ask you to refrain from using it.

・会場までの交通費や宿泊費は各個人の負担になります。また出演者、イベント内容に変更があった場合の払い戻しはいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings and valuables. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft, loss, or other damages.

・当選画面を表示できない場合や、当選メールに記載されている入場時必要物をお忘れの方は、いかなる理由であってもご入場いただけません。また、再発行もいたしません。

The organizers assume no responsibility for any accidents, theft, or other troubles caused by attendees inside or outside the venue. Furthermore, if an attendee causes an accident or injury to a third party through similar actions, the parties involved must resolve the issue themselves. The organizers will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving.

- Customers who engage in behavior that disturbs other customers inside or outside the venue, or who do not follow staff instructions, may be asked to leave. Please be sure to follow all other precautions clearly stated on KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL SITE / KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB.

Those who violate the above rules or fail to comply may be refused entry or asked to leave. Fan club members may have their fan club membership terminated. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given for membership fees or annual dues.

・There is a possibility that a member may be suddenly absent due to illness or other reasons.

・メンバーの欠席やその他やむを得ない事情により、本イベントの内容を変更、または開催を中止させていただく場合がございます。その場合、振替実施は予定しておりません。いかなる場合においても、商品の返品・返金は一切お受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Please follow the instructions of the event staff regarding all aspects of the event's operation.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in your exclusion from the event. Furthermore, the event itself may be cancelled.

・ご予約の登録および受付は、上記期間内のみ有効です。

・ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)からの対応となります。

・ご予約の登録には、お客様の携帯電話番号・メールアドレスが必要となります。

・タワーレコードメンバーズに会員登録済みのお客様は、ご登録のメールアドレスとパスワードでログイン後、ご予約となります。

・タワーレコードメンバーズ以外のお客様も、新規会員登録をしていただくか、会員登録なしでご予約いただけます。『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、あらかじめ受信ができるように、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。

・スマートフォン/ケータイをお持ちでないお客様は、スタッフまでお声掛けください。

・お支払い方法は、現金、クレジットカード(一括払い)、QRコード決済です。

《お受け取りについて》

・商品のお受け取りは以下からお選びいただけます。

店舗受取：タワーレコード渋谷店でのお受け取り（店舗指定はできません。）

自宅配送：配送料 900円（ホテルや海外などへの発送は承っておりません。）

※決済完了後の受取方法の変更はできません。

・店舗での商品お受け取りは、2026年10月6日（火）夕方以降を予定しております。

・店舗での商品お受け取りの際は、あらかじめご予約のお支払い完了後にお送りするメール内に記載のURLよりログインをお願いいたします。スクリーンショットご提示でのお受け取りはできかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・配送を希望された方は、予約登録画面に記載の発送予定日より順次配送いたします。

・商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から4週間となります。

・お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

また、一定期間までにお受け取りいただけず、再配達・転送などに掛かる費用は、お客様自身でのご負担とさせていただきます。
