[How to apply and important notes]

*Each entry code sent from the online shop where you made your reservation can only be used once.

*This project utilizes the "Ticket Plaza" system.

*There is no limit to the number of entries. You can enter as many times as you have entry codes. You can also enter with the same member or multiple members. Please note that you may win multiple times.

*Before applying, please be sure to check that the membership information registered to your Plus member ID on your "Tixplus" My Page (https://tixplus.jp/member/mypage/) is correct. Your registered information will be used for identity verification on the day of the event.

*Please be sure to register using the name and information of the person who will be attending. Participation by anyone other than the registered participant is not permitted. Furthermore, transferring your ticket to a third party, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited.

*On the day of the event, we will verify your identity based on the registration information linked to Plus member ID provided during application. Please note that we cannot accept any changes to your name or registration information after application or after you have been selected, for any reason whatsoever. Please ensure that there are no errors or omissions in your application.

*Please note that if you delete Plus member ID you used to apply before the event date, you may not be able to participate even if you have been selected.

*Registration information will be shared between LAPONE ENTERTAINMENT, YOSHIMOTO KOGYO, and Ticket Plus, and may be provided to subcontractors to the extent necessary for the operation of this event. Please note that personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of this event and related services.

*Please apply by accessing from a PC or smartphone. Applications from feature phones (flip phones) will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

*If you do not have a smartphone, please prepare an email address such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail and register for Plus member ID using a family member's smartphone. Alternatively, please apply using the information of the person who is already registered with Plus member ID you wish to participate in, using a family member's smartphone.

*If your child wishes to participate, please register their information for Plus member ID and apply using their information. Please note that even if you apply using the parent's registered account and are selected, your child will not be able to participate.

*If the organizers determine that an event participant is a member of an anti-social force (gangsters, gang members, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, or other similar entities; hereinafter the same) or is cooperating with or involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of such anti-social forces through funding or other means, or is otherwise having any kind of interaction or involvement with such anti-social forces, the organizers may refuse that person's participation in the event or purchase of goods.

Regarding identity verification when participating in the event:

On the day of the event, we will verify your identity by physically presenting your identification documents. Please be sure to bring one of the following "valid forms of identification" (with a photograph) with you to the event. Please note that only identification with a photograph will be accepted. If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the event, you will be denied participation.

*Copies and expired documents are invalid in all cases, so please be sure to bring the original document that is still valid.

* "Digital identification documents" displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number Card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as proof of identity at this event. Anyone who does not have a valid form of official identification will be denied participation for any reason.

<Regarding winning>

*Winners will be selected by lottery after the application period ends. Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply with plenty of time to spare, as access may be heavy just before the application deadline.

*Winners will be notified via email. The email will be sent to the email address you registered when you applied.

*If you do not receive the winning notification email due to reasons such as domain-specific email receiving settings, your winning entry will be invalidated. We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of your application.

*If you have domain-specific email receiving settings enabled, please disable them or add (plusmember.jp) to your allowed domains.

*If you are unable to participate after being selected for an unavoidable reason, please contact us via the inquiry form.

*We may ask you to provide emergency contact information when you visit. Please be aware that we may provide your personal information to government agencies, local authorities, etc., upon request.

<Regarding resale and transfer>

• Applications made for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. Reselling any prize you win to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, providing prizes to a third party for the purpose of resale is also strictly prohibited.

If it is discovered that tickets are being offered for sale at auction or resold at inflated prices, both the seller and the buyer will be denied participation in the event, and will be prohibited from participating in or entering any future events related to KO1KEYZ. We will verify the identity of the winners on the day of the event, and if we are unable to verify their identity, they will also be denied participation. Resale activities include listing/winning bids on auctions, buying and selling on the internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, or other unscrupulous third parties.

- The transfer or sale of entry codes before application is strictly prohibited. If you apply using an entry code obtained illegally, your application will be invalidated, and you will be prohibited from participating in any future events related to KO1KEYZ. Furthermore, the above applies not only to the seller (transferor) but also to the buyer (recipient) of entry codes, so please be very careful.

<Regarding recording, video recording, and photography>

・オンライントーク会において、写真撮影、映像の撮影・録画、音声の録音、スクリーンショット等の行為は固く禁止いたします。また、録音・録画データの複製、譲渡、貸与、インターネット・SNS等へのアップロードも禁止いたします。

If any of the above actions are discovered, or if staff determine that recording or filming is possible, we may take measures such as deleting the data, forcibly ending the event, or removing the participant from the premises. The same measures will be taken if the start sound of recording or filming is detected.

If any prohibited behavior is confirmed, you may be prohibited from participating in future KO1KEYZ related events.

・スタッフが危険行為または迷惑行為と判断した場合は、強制終了させていただくことがございます。その場合、商品の返金はいたしかねます。

・スタッフの指示に従わずに生じた事故につきましては、主催者・アーティストは一切責任を負いません。

<Other event precautions>

Please refrain from participating while smoking or drinking.

Please refrain from excessive face paint, as it makes it impossible to identify you. You may be asked to remove the paint on the spot, or your participation may be refused.

Please refrain from making excessive demands on the members. Depending on the content, we may decline your request, so please understand in advance.

・主催者が各メンバー別に割り当てた開催時間内でのご参加とさせていただきます。時間外での対応はいたしません。

- If the conversation contains inappropriate language (such as slander against members, questions that cannot be answered, forcing poses or expressions, or acts that violate public order and morals), the staff reserves the right to terminate the conversation even if it is still in progress.

- When wearing name tags, nameplates, or other merchandise, only business card-sized (or palm-sized) pin badges that can be attached to clothing are permitted. Neck name tags, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the item, staff may ask you to refrain from using it.

When participating in the event, please remove any devices that may be capable of recording, filming, or taking pictures (such as mobile phones, smartphones, watches, etc.).

- After the event has ended, neither the individual members nor any other members will be able to participate for any reason.

If you lose your winning email or forget any of the required items for entry listed in the winning email, you will not be admitted for any reason. We will not reissue the email.

The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other troubles caused by the participants. Furthermore, if an accident or injury occurs to a third party due to similar actions, the parties involved must resolve the issue themselves. The organizers will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving.

上記の違反、またはご対応いただけない方は、ご参加をお断り、またはご退出いただく場合がございます。ファンクラブ会員の方はファンクラブを退会となる場合がございます。その場合の入会金および年会費の払い戻しも一切行いませんので、ご注意ください。

・There is a possibility that a member may be suddenly absent due to illness or other reasons.

・Due to member absences or other unavoidable circumstances, the content of this fan event may be changed or the event may be canceled. In that case, there are no plans to reschedule. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds of products under any circumstances.

Please follow the instructions of the event staff regarding all aspects of the event's operation.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in your exclusion from the event. Furthermore, the event itself may be cancelled.

≪[B Prize] Notes≫

- Participation by multiple people is prohibited.

Please participate from an environment with a stable internet connection. If your internet connection is unstable, you may not be able to use the service comfortably due to freezing or other issues. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for issues caused by your environment or equipment problems.

• If you use a mobile phone line, separate communication charges will apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, so please be aware of this if you are not using a flat-rate data plan.

The organizers will not be held liable for any problems or malfunctions that may occur with your mobile phone or network environment, or for any errors such as communication interruptions during a call, regardless of the reason. Furthermore, the organizers will not be held liable for any damages resulting from these events. We will only provide rescheduling if the problem is caused by an issue on the organizers' or system's side.

Please note that we will not offer any rescheduling if you are unable to participate due to reasons such as not arriving on time or being unable to connect to the network, or if there are any other issues with the call caused by your communication environment or malfunctions of your smartphone or other device.

Please note that we cannot provide support if you are unable to view the content due to circumstances in your area or other reasons.

Please check your device's volume beforehand. We recommend using earphones with a microphone to participate in the event.

- If the conversation contains inappropriate language (such as slander against members, questions that cannot be answered, forcing poses or expressions, or acts that violate public order and morals), the staff reserves the right to terminate the conversation even if it is still in progress.

For management and security reasons, our operating staff will be monitoring the event. Please also be aware that the content of your call will be recorded and documented by our operating staff.
